GWSI use CNC machine center to process fine parts of cold traps for precise temperature control. Moreover, GWSI uses laser cutting machines to customize the surface parts of your cooling cold traps.
CT-40 Indirect Cooling Cold Traps all materials contacting your gas or solvent are SUS 316L material, like the cooling tank and the connection ports.
GWSI is premier cold traps manufacturer in China and we only use first class brands components to produce the cold traps.
GWSI QC inspectors examine each CT-40 cold trap for appearance defects according to GWSI written technical standards. The team runs various quality tests during different manufacturing steps.
GWSI uses thickened plywood wooden boxes for exporting packages. Also, we use raincoat cloth to cover the wooden boxes to protect them from bad weather.
